Prayer is the keynote of our success in Christ. Prayer is the breath of every Christian. We are commanded to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17) as breathing is to a natural man, so is prayer to a spiritual man.
Paul said in Philippians 4:6 “be careful for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
The way to be anxious about nothing is to be prayerful about everything. The prayer of faith must be a prayer of thanksgiving because faith knows how much it owes to God. We can take our burdens to the Lord in prayer and leave them there. Do not worry about them. Just as the farmer gives the wheat to the soil, after the soil has been properly plowed, let us give our burdens to the Lord.
If we do this the peace of God that passeth all understanding will guard over our heart and mind. This is the Keynote to Success!
